For beginners in camp cooking…

Ingredients

• Oil
• Eggs

Equipment Needed

• Griddle or frying pan
• Spatula

1. Place frying pan over fire
2. Add small am0unt of oil to frying pan
3. Crack an egg and drop contents into pan
4. Fry until whites are completely opaque, loosen from pan with spatula and then serve
