Scouting - Patrol Tents

As a Scout Leader of 25 years experience I feel lucky to have a job where speaking to Scouters' and Guiders' every day makes my job almost a hobby.

During my years in Scouting I have been District Scout Leader, Scout Leader and now Group Scout Leader.

I have listened to Scouters and Guiders comments and Canvas Tent Shop has strived to meet these suggestions to improve the quality of tentage and catering equipment, which I consider to be excellent value for money with a service to be proud of.

As a group, for weekend camps we always take Patrol Tents size 14 x 8 and Patrol Tents 14 x 14 this gives our cubs and scouts room to move around whilst in their tents.

Smaller hike tents are ok for what they are designed for, but for regular use do not stand up to the rigours of activity camps.

Our White Mess Tent is always popular for central camp cooking and dining. For groups our Army Marquee provides an excellent 'indoor' wet weather and central meeting point.
