Delivery & Returns
We offer a very competitive and fast shipping service. Delivery charges will be calculated as the items are being added to the basket. You can see what the charges are by clicking on the basket.
We will always aim to get any order dispatched the same day if the order is placed by noon.
Please note we can only offer next day delivery Monday – Thursday. Weekends are excluded - for example if you place an order on Saturday it will be received the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays). Please note this service is not guaranteed.
UK Domestic Price
• 1-4 small items £5.00
• All Bell Tents come with free delivery - 4m Bell Tents free next day delivery and 5m Bell Tents free 48 hour delivery.
• Delivery of benches is priced at £20.00 per pair and will be delivered within 2 working days.
• Tables - Please contact us for delivery options as we will get a competitive quote. These are large and heavy items and we will do our best to ship them on the best possible service.
• Some canvases are individually priced - e.g. canvas for a patrol tent @ £15.00. This is displayed on the product listing.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email immediately to advise we have received your order. If you add your mobile number, you will receive text message updates of your delivery from Parcelforce.
At Canvas Tent Shop we strive to give our customers the best possible service. We will try our absolute hardest to get orders to you next day where we possibly can. In some rare cases out of our control we can experience hold ups however this is never longer than 2-3 working days. Please check your tracking for more information.
Please note that large orders may need to be sent by pallet rather than courier. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

We ask that you do this so we can get the best possible price and delivery service to your destination.
You may wish to cancel an order with us within the 30-day cooling off period. If this is the case, we will refund you in full once your order has been returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you in.
Please note we do not offer a free returns service, you are required to pay for any unwanted returns. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return address and returns form. We are unable to process any returns if this information is not included with the items being returned.
Before returning your purchase, please ensure the goods are in the same condition as they were originally sent in and in the original packaging. Unwanted products must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. We strongly advise that goods are returned using a trackable service and that you retain your proof of postage so you are able to claim from your courier in the event of any loss or damage.
Canvastentshop retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed to be in an unsaleable condition. If the items are not returned in resaleable condition we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount at our discretion if the product shows signs of use. Alternatively, the item will be returned back to you.
If the item has been returned in the condition it was sent out we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This will exclude any shipping costs.
If the Item you are sending back is faulty, please email us and attach photos showing any potential fault. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this.
If returns are sent back due to a manufacturing fault or defect and we have received the item, it will be fully inspected it and checked for the reported fault or defect.
Once fully inspected by our returns department, providing that the product has not been damaged, we will then offer a replacement, repair or issue a full refund.
You will not be entitled to a refund if the items are accidentally damaged, misused, abused, amendments have been made, or it has been used in a manner for which it was not intended.
Our canvas structures come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged on route to you please, please take pictures of the package and any damage at your earliest convenience. Attach the pictures to an email and pop them over to us so we can take a look and get back to you.
We send our tents out to you as quickly as possible sometimes we know time can be tight until the point that the tent is needed for use. Please try and order your products with a reasonable amount of time until you need them. It is suggested that you check the tent upon delivery and check that all parts are present. The last thing we want is for you to rock up to your festival and realise you are a peg short (We are human too and unfortunately mistakes can happen!).
Customer support is very important to us and we will do our utmost to sort out any problems however like any warranty it is not an insurance against damage caused by nature e.g. storms or high winds. Our warranty does not cover against damage or accidental damage either.
As a consumer, we understand that you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
