ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of Canvas Tent Shop (canvastentshop.co.uk) ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
All prices are quoted including VAT and excluding shipping. Shipping or postage is calculated automatically and added to your order. Our shipping costs are also provided (England and Wales only) as a document on this site with the exception of “Bulk shipping costs” where you will need to contact us.
The Company reserves the right to change prices without notice and, in the unlikely event of an error, to amend orders that include the incorrect price. If you do not wish to accept the amended price order you will have the option to cancel that order and will be refunded.
We offer FREE Next Day Shipping on order over £150 to most parts of the UK. Orders under £150 will be shipped FREE via an Next Day Delivery service.
We use DPD or UPS as our courier. Heavier items (over 25kg) will be sent with UPS. Smaller lighter items will be sent via DPD.
All goods ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Our regular deliveries are made Mon- Fri between 08:00 and 19:00 (except during public holidays).
Once the order is dispatched you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your consignment.
If you are ordering over the weekend, your first potential delivery day will be the following Tuesday. (Wednesday after Bank Holidays)
Larger items such as Marquees will be shipped on a pallet. Please allow 5 working days for delivery in the UK.
Your security is very important to us. All payments processed on the site are via an approved and secure payment gateway. Canvas Tent Shop does not obtain or store your credit card information anywhere on this website.
Loss and Damage
No allowance for loss, damage or faulty goods can be made unless the carriers and ourselves are advised within 3 days of receipt and the carriers note has been signed for as damaged.
We are happy to accept any return if the item has not been used and it is with its original and undamaged box.
- The box, foam inserts and instructions are part of the product and all should be returned as they arrived.
- Please do not apply tape directly to the box.
- Please do not send the item back without its original box.
- Securely pack the branded box in a cardboard box so it is secure in transit.
- Stick the return label on the packaging not on the box of the item.
- Important note: we will refuse all or part of the refund if the item or its original box are not returned in their original condition as they were received.
