Bought 2 of these. The handles are a little short and one of the heads came off on the first use. This is easy enough to fix just a bit frustrating. Work well enough on wooden pegs.

Purchased six of the mallets for our district scouts and they arrived in time for our camp over the weekend. First impression is that the handles are just a bit short, another 2-3 inches would make them much better. Unfortunately the handle of one of the mallets broke when the scouts were tightening the head prior to use so that was somewhat disappointing..
